Go back to your GOALS pyramid list from Freshman Weekend.
Take a new sheet of paper in your notebook and make 3 columns.
In column 1 write down all of the Goals you accomplished. (If you haven't complete accomplishing those goals, write down the tasks you'd identified were necessary steps to accomplish them)
In column 2, write down all of the Goals you are working on
In column 3, write down NEW GOALS that you have discovered and now have for yourself.
Beneath your columns or on the other page, write down a couple notes on what it took to accomplish those goals. You don't have to write whole sentences like in example, can be notes.
There's an example below, though Goals are a bit in vague in places, would love for you to be more specific.

NOTES: I haven't been keeping my goals in a visible place, I notice the difference in my motivation and momentum when I do. I need to do better there! But I did great at accomplishing some major career goals in a short amount of time. What's been helping me the most was being around folks with similar goals and mindset, we tend to train similarly and challenge each other. I've been a bit lax at branding myself, but when I figured out my look, that's actually what got me job! Lesson to me: when I apply myself, stuff actually happens. =)
